This website is operated by IMPORTIX LLC. It introduces our advisory and coordination services and provides a way to contact us. Website information is general and does not constitute an offer, a contract or advice tailored to a specific transaction.
Engagements and fees
Work begins only after both parties agree a written scope covering services, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, timing and responsibilities. Any brokerage role or authority to act on a client’s behalf must be expressly agreed. Third-party fees and services are separate unless expressly included.
Service boundaries
Importix provides commercial advisory and coordination support within the agreed scope. Website descriptions do not represent Importix as a carrier, warehouse operator or licensed customs broker. Legal, tax, regulatory and customs advice must be obtained from appropriately qualified professionals when required.
Client and third-party responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for their commercial decisions. Suppliers, carriers and other independent providers are responsible for their own services. Recommendations depend on available information; no particular business result, supplier performance or shipping timeline is guaranteed.
Website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse its content, impersonate others or attempt to interfere with its operation. Importix branding and website materials may not be used to suggest an affiliation or endorsement without permission.
Cancellation and applicable rights
The Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how cancellation requests are handled. Engagement-specific terms must be agreed before payment. Nothing on this website removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
